Yoga for Scoliosis students will benefit from this workshop’s guidance regarding HOW TO practice at home. In addition to attending classes, daily practices on and off the mat can help to maintain adjustment in your spine. We will reference poses noted in Nancy’s book Yoga for Scoliosis, a Path for Students and Teachers. *Book available for purchase
**Suitable for YFS students practicing at least 3 months
Nancy Fox, C-IAYT, teaches Hatha Yoga with emphasis on alignment. She specializes in Yoga Therapeutics for those with specific issues and ailments, specifically scoliosis and back care. Nancy is a certified Yoga for Scoliosis Trainer, and has recently co-authored Yoga for Scoliosis, a Path for Students and Teachers, now available on her website, yogajourneystotheheart.com.
