Pranayama is the fourth limb of ashtanga yoga and the next step in practice after asana. Learn sequences to restore and prepare the nerves for in-depth and subtle work with your own life force. Topics covered will be supine and seated techniques, mudras, bandhas, ratio breathings, and digital control.
Taught by Gabriel Halpern, Yoga Circle Director, who has been practicing pranayama for over 40 years. This is an opportunity to jump start your home practice, or quantum leap yourself into another dimension of illumination and spiritual depth.
