Yoga for Scoliosis students will benefit from this workshop’s guidance regarding HOW TO practice at home.
Pre-requisite for the 8 week class series for new students who have not had a formal spine assessment.
Classes will improve strength & stamina, reduce pain & discomfort, utilizing classic yoga poses adjusted for each specific curve pattern.
