Vaccine Policy

Proof of Vaccination Required

We currently offer in-studio classes only for students who provide proof of vaccination.

We recommend that those attending in-studio classes provide proof of vaccination prior to first attendance. Please send an email to that has “Proof of Vaccination” in the subject line and that attaches a copy of your “PofV.” If the proof of vaccination is adequate, your account will be modified to permit attendance for in-studio classes.


Masking is optional.

Please wear shorts or footless leggings/yoga pants. It is important for the instructor to be able to see your knees and elbows.

Long, baggy pants are not recommended. Bare feet and an empty stomach are essential. Jewelry and perfumes to a minimum.
