A chair is a very helpful tool to practice/understand the asanas; the ancients used vines to hang from trees and to develop seated poses. The benefits of using a chair include:
1. Establishing better alignment in familiar and more difficult postures
2. Alignment facilitates understanding
3. Practice of complex poses breeds discrimination and develops keen focus
This is an all levels workshop, appropriate for beginners and challenging for more seasoned practitioners
