This 4 week course will explore how to practice yoga to regulate the nervous system and enhance emotional well-being. We will observe the effects of yoga on body mind and emotions by experimenting with postures, breath work, yoga philosophy and interactive discussion.
Topics will include: Self awareness, self compassion, creating space, grounding, balancing effort and ease and managing your thoughts.
$30 for each session – $100 for all 4
