Sadhana – Every Part of Every Day

FRI Evening: 6 – 8:30 pm
A quiet evening class designed to cultivate appreciation for the gift of yoga in our lives. We will practice with guided introspection, and gratitude. Expect inversions with support if needed, seated poses and reclining poses with plenty of pranayama focus as well as dhyana.
SAT Morning: 9 – 11:30 am
Quick and fun asana practice that will help us to recruit courage, optimism and strength from our practice. Expect standing poses and backbends – strong stretches with inbuilt support.
SAT Afternoon: 3 – 5:30 pm
As our day progresses we often realize there is still so much to learn, and so much to give to ourselves and others as we seek answers. Afternoon class will dig deeper into difficulties, and questions we face with any aspect of the practice. Participants can submit questions Friday eve, Sat am or at the beginning of the Sat pm class. A sequence for the class will be based on questions submitted.
Sun Morning: 9 – 11:30am
Satisfied Endings, New Beginnings
Sunday morning is both the end of a weekend and a plan for the coming days. Sunday morning will reassert what we know and do well, and try on new and different asanas to inspire new growth.
